Mr. Pawan Kr. Todi joined NPR FINANCE LTD in the year 1994 as a director and is now Managing Director of the Company. He has several years of experience in Financing of Commercial vehicle business. The company has grown with great pace under his supervision and guidance. It was because of his experience that today the organization has diversified its portfolio in different sectors. He is entrusted with great foresight and brilliant business acumen and it is his leadership skills that will take the company to soaring heights in the future.

Mr. Rishi Todi – initially joined the Board in 2005, and resigned in 2007. He has been again appointment on the Board with effect from 9^th February, 2022. A graduate in B.Sc. (Information System/ Management Study) from the University of Leeds, Mr. Rishi Todi has several years of experience in the administration and execution of the Real Estate Projects and also in related Liasoning and Public relation activities. He leads the Real Estate Division of the NPR Group

Mr. Nandlal Todi – is a graduate in commerce and has several years of experience in the field of Manufacturing, Trading, Export and Finance. He promoted Supreme Paper Mills Ltd. in 1974 and was instrumental in setting of the Automobile dealership GNB Motors Ltd. in 1980. His pioneering work in introducing Hire Purchase of the Commercial vehicles in Eastern India several years ago led into the formation of NPR Finance Ltd. in 1989. He is a Non-executive Non-Independent Director of the Company.

Mr. Nandlal Todi expired on 15^th November, 2021.

Mr. Nitin Guha joined NPR Finance LTD. in the year 2002 as a Director. He is a science graduate and also has engineering degree from Institute of Engineers, India. He is also the Member of Institute of Material Handling, U.K. and Society of German Engineers, Germany and has several years of experience in various fields of Mechanical Engineering, Material Handling, Mining Equipments, and Workshop Technology etc. He is a Non-executive Independent Director of the Company.

Mr. Nitin Guha expired on 23^rd August, 2020.

Mr. Rajendra Kumar Duggar joined NPR Finance LTD. in the year 2011 as a director. He is Chartered Accountant by profession. He obtained his Post – Qualification Degree and passed the Information System Audit Examination in June 2005 conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has delivered lectures on many professional occasions and contributed articles concerning his specialization in professional journals. He has several years of experience in the field of Accounts, Finance and Taxation. He is a Non-executive Independent Director of the Company.

Mr. Ashok Dhirajlal Kanakia joined NPR Finance Ltd. in the year 2019 as a Non-executive Independent Director. He is involved in his business of manufacturing & setting up of manufacturing units in and around Kolkata since the year 1971 and has a vast experience in the field of marketing of chemicals and allied products.

Ms. Sarika Mehra joined NPR Finance Ltd. in the year 2000 as a Company Secretary. She has several years of Experience in the field of finance, Accounts, Taxation and secretarial matters. She graduated in Accountancy (Hons.) and is also a qualified member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and the Association of Cost and Management Accountants of India. She was designated as the Executive Director & Company Secretary of the Company at the 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company in the year 2014. She served in such position till 31st March, 2019. Presently, she is the “Executive Director” of the Company.

Ms. Ritika Varma, who is presently the Deputy Company Secretary of the Company, has been promoted to the post of Company Secretary with effect from 1st August, 2022. Ms. Ritika Varma is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She is a post Graduate in Economics from the University of Calcutta. She has varied experience in Corporate Secretarial functions & in handling the Windpower division of the Company.
